The TXscribe app processes your audio entirely on your own computer. Your recordings and transcripts are never uploaded to us or anyone else. We run no analytics or telemetry inside the app.

What the app collects

Audio & transcripts: processed locally on your device and never transmitted to us or any third party.
No account and no in-app analytics or tracking.
One network request: on first run, the app downloads the speech model from a third-party host (Hugging Face). No personal data is sent — only a standard file download.
Update checks: the app may contact our update server to check for a newer version, transmitting only your current app version and standard request metadata (e.g., IP address) — never your content.

The website & checkout

When you buy TXscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. From Stripe we receive your email, name, and country, and a record of the purchase — used only to deliver your license key, provide support, and meet tax obligations. See Stripe's Privacy Policy. The website (hosted on Hostinger) may keep minimal server logs for security. We use no analytics or advertising trackers.

License records

We store your email and license key so we can validate your license and provide support. You can request deletion at contact@cabreracg.com (deleting them may deactivate your license).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold (your email and order record). Contact contact@cabreracg.com.

Children

TXscribe is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
